Ben is a Co-Founder and Principal of Quiver Capital Group, where he oversees the firm’s investment strategy, acquisitions, development activities, and investor relations. With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Ben has led complex transactions involving entitlements, ground-up development, redevelopment, and value-add investments across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Ben is also a Co-Founder of Quiver Investments, a Denver-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm. Prior to Quiver Capital Group, he was a partner in a Colorado-based commercial real estate investment and development firm. He began his career with RB Global, a publicly traded global company headquartered in Canada, where he was responsible for real estate site selection and development of 200+ acre developments.

John is also a Co-Founder of Quiver Investments, a Denver-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm. Prior to Quiver Capital Group, he was a partner in a Colorado-based commercial real estate brokerage. He began his career with Swinerton, a national general contractor, where he worked on the construction of two high-rise projects in downtown Denver.
